Meet Adam, Dir. of Maintenance

Adam has been a Landfare Ltd. team member since 2012. Previously he worked at other landscape companies but found his work home with Landfare. (While Adam avoids being in front of the camera, he did take this photo!)

Adam says the best parts of his job are the relationships with the owner and other staffers, and that he is consistently challenged to contribute to client satisfaction. He appreciates Landfare’s culture of “elevating those around you,” and the optimism, positivity and support he receives everyday.

“I wish Landfare Ltd. was the first landscape company I worked for. Had I known how special it was I never would have wasted time anywhere else. Landfare creates growth plans for everyone.
