Revisiting a Landscape 20 Years in the Making
Back in 2005, Landfare Ltd. designed and installed custom stonework and mature plantings for this property. Twenty years later, we returned—not to repair what was done, but to enhance and update it.
"We planted these cane firs and magnolias two decades ago. It’s wonderful to come back and see how our work has matured—and still stands strong," according to Spayde.
Thanks to expert installation and premium materials, very little needed to be replaced. The original stonework—now beautifully aged—required only minor touch-ups. A Signature Seasonal Display: 3,000 Tulips in Bloom
One of the property’s most striking features is its mass tulip planting—3,000 triumph tulips in custom clusters across the front landscape beds. Though the weather in Central Ohio can be unpredictable, this spring spectacle adds drama, color, and undeniable elegance to the home’s curb appeal.
