An Upper Arlington couple wanted to build a second garage for the husband’s car collection and a new patio space for family entertaining. For these projects the couple partnered with John Spayde and Landfare, Ltd. Highland Palermo, a sister-company. built the garage and pergola while Landfare Ltd. transformed the outdoor living spaces.
